Bellingham rejects Man City's €15m-a-year offer to join Madrid

Manchester City tried to convince Jude Bellingham to leave Borussia Dortmund with a huge offer. According to 'Marca', the English club offered him 15 million euros per season. However, the Englishman is more interested in joining Real Madrid.

Real Madrid are close to signing Jude Bellingham for next season. The 19-year-old will sign a contract until 2029 and is convinced he wants to play in La Liga for several campaigns.

The Dortmund midfielder has received several offers but he is determined to join Los Blancos. According to 'Marca', Manchester City offered him 15 million euros per season for six years. In other words, the English side offered him 90 million euros.

However, the England international rejected the offer because he is more interested in Madrid's sporting projects than those of Guardiola's team. The same media outlet reports that the Spanish side did not offer him that much money but that does not matter to Bellingham.

The teenager is aware that at Madrid he will have to fight to be a key player in midfield but both the player and the board are willing to see how far the Englishman can go.
