I have a question for you and I want you to be honest.
I have a question for you and typically most people like to lie about this answer but I want you to be honest.
And the question to you is:
What is one thing that you are holding on to that you know you need to let go of? That thing you are gripping tightly, refusing to release despite knowing deep down that it's time to let go.
Because if you keep holding on to it, you know you're not going to heal or grow.
