Samuel Chukwueze, Villarreal winger has debunk the transfer speculations linking his name to Spanish giant, Real Madrid, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The Nigeria international has enjoyed his best season yet for the Yellow Submarine, and with just a year left on his deal, there is no surprise that rumours about his future are becoming ever more frequent.

His arguably big showpiece is the season was against Europe giant Real Madrid in the league where he scored a brace and provide an assist to help Villarreal triumph 3-2 at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Not quite long after that impressive performance, the 24 year-old has been linked with a summer mover to the Galaticos.

Chukwueze however, in his interview with Panenka via Footballespana, denied such news.

“People are always going to talk. I only think about Villarreal. I don’t read what they put on social media. That doesn’t matter. What matters is the moment,” Chukwueze said.

“What if it’s a lie? What if it’s not real? I don’t know. For now, I don’t think it’s true. The only thing that is real is Villarreal.”

Chukwueze scored 13 goals this season and assisted 11 across 50 matches for Quique Setien’s team.
