LaLiga: Barcelona star doesn’t want Lionel Messi return to Camp Nou

Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski is reportedly hoping that Lionel Messi does not rejoin Barcelona. 

The former Bayern Munich striker wants the Argentine to join Al-Hilal in Saudi Arabia or Inter Miami CF in MLS instead.

El Nacional reports that Lewandowski is not interested in seeing the Argentine superstar back at Barcelona as he feels that the PSG star would take his place in the starting XI.

Lewandowski, according to the reports, believes Barcelona boss Xavi will throw him out of the starting lineup just like former Barca boss Pep Guardiola did with Zlatan Ibrahimovic during their time at Camp Nou.

The striker is scared that history would repeat itself if Messi returns to play for the Blaugrana.

It will be interesting to see if Lionel Messi ends up making a famous return to Barcelona or not
