Pep Guardiola is the only manager in European football to have won the treble twice

Guardiola, also known as Pep, is the only manager in European football's recent past to have won the treble twice.

After leading Manchester City to their first-ever UEFA Champions League championship, the Spanish coach cemented his place in history.

On Saturday evening in Instabul, Manchester City defeated Inter Milan 1-0. 

After an assist from Bernardo Silva in the 68th minute, Rodrigo scored the game's only goal. 

Pep Guardiola become the very first men's coach in history to repeatedly win the European Triple Crown.

The former Bayern Munich boss reportedly achieved it with two separate clubs (Barcelona in 2008–09 and Manchester City in 2022–2023).
