The thoughts you have before you go to bed are powerful. You can create the life of your dreams using a technique called visualization.
Visualization means imagining the life you want for yourself. When you know where you are, where you're headed, and what you want, it's very powerful. Why? Because imagining yourself doing something makes your brain act as if you're really doing it.
Before you sleep tonight, spend a minute visualizing a goal you want to achieve.
- Be detailed.
- What are you doing in this image?
- What are you wearing?
- Can you smell, touch, or hear anything in this image?
- How does your body feel?
- What emotions are you experiencing?
Believe that life is on your side, not against you.
What if your dreams come true exactly as you imagined them, or even better? Everything is possible.
Don't hurry. Take time to think, pray, and be patient.
