Will Smith vow to support his wife even though they have been separated for 7 years
Actor Will Smith has said he will continue to support his wife, Jada Pinkett, despite the talk show host's revelation that she and her husband have been separated for seven years.
Pinkett revealed in a clip from her upcoming NBC News primetime special with Hoda Kotb that she and Will Smith have been living separately since 2016.
However, in a press briefing, Will Smith said that his wife is "the best friend I have ever had on this planet," and that he will continue to support her.
