The Federal Government has announced that the Abuja-Lagos superhighway is expected to be completed in 2027.
The Minister of Works, Dave Umahi, stated that the road is expected to last 100 years and will pass through Kogi, Ekiti, Oyo, Lagos, Ogun, Niger, Kwara, and the Federal Capital Territory.
The superhighway is also expected to reduce travel time from 14 hours to 4.5 hours.
The project is expected to provide a significant boost to Nigeria's economy, improve connectivity between major cities, and enhance transportation efficiency.
