✅ Start by turning off your device and all screen.

✅ Close your eyes and lie on your back. Lay on your back and relax as much as possible.

✅ Rotate your eyes for a minute (without lifting your eyelids) in one direction at a time. Now repeat the rotation in the other direction. Repeat this exercise at least four times.

✅ Start mentally imagining all your muscles relaxing. Start with your feet. Immediately relax your toes, then your feet. Now let go of the calves, the shins. Pay special attention to relaxing the facial muscles.

✅ Don't forget to regulate the temperature in your room.
