Nigeria armed force eliminate 31 terrorist and arrest 81
The Defence Headquarters has released a statement indicating that troops of the Nigerian Armed Forces have, in the last week, eliminated 31 terrorists and arrested 81 others in various operations across the North-East, North-Central and North-West.
The Director of Defence Media Operations, Maj.-Gen. Edward Buba, made this known in a statement released on Sunday in Abuja.
The statement said that the troops rescued 10 hostages, while 63 Boko Haram/ISWAP terrorists and their families surrendered to troops across various theatres of operation.
