Shehu sani said he supports the FRSC officers to be armed
Shehu Sani, a former senator, has publicly stated his support for calls for Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) officers to be armed.
The senator, however, suggested that only those working on federal highways outside the city should be trained and issued firearms.
This comes after the FRSC called for its personnel to carry firearms as they carry out their duties, citing the country's current security challenges.
