This dude(Nikita) opened a company called TBH years ago. On October 2017 Facebook acquired it for over $50m. Few months after acquisition, July 2018, Facebook shut down the company.

Then Nikita went ahead to create the same app but with a different name "GAS". While raising money, this Andrew, on twitter, wrote what was written on this cake. Nikita launched GAS on August 2022 fast-forward to January 20th 2023 Discord acquired the company for millions of dollars.


Dude sold same app to different companies.
