The case of osinachi's husband has been dismissed
In a Federal Capital Territory, FCT, High Court in Wuse Zone 2, a no-case submission application by Peter Nwachukwu, the late singer Osinachi's husband, has been dismissed.
Nwachukwu filed the request to fight the homicide and domestic violence charges brought against him by the Attorney-General of the Federation on June 3, 2022.
The case was dismissed by Justice Njideka K. Nwosu-Iheme, who stated that Nwachukwu has a case to answer.
