The Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC) has promised to refund meter user under MAP within 6 months
The Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC) has stated that consumers who have paid for their metres under the Metre Asset Provider (MAP) scheme will be refunded within six months through a "token" credit system.
This was announced by the company's Chief Executive Officer, Tinuade Sanda, at a Customer Engagement Forum in Agbara, a suburb of Lagos.
The forum was attended by customers from the company's Agbara business unit, which serves Agbara, Owode, Ijanikin, Ajara, and Badagry, among other communities.
