In a major win for the opposition PDP and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, as US court has ordered the release of Bola Tinubu's academic records from the Chicago State University.
Tinubu had provided certificates from CSU as part of his submission to INEC to be eligible to contest in the election, and Atiku has challenged the authenticity of those certificates.
The court ruled that the university must release Tinubu's academic records to Atiku within 48 hours, a potentially major blow to Tinubu's candidacy.
