Wide ordered demolition of Abuja popular building
The Minister of Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has given a directive for the demolition of the Covid-19 market in Area 11, Abuja.
The director of the Abuja Environmental Protection Board (AEPB), Osi Braimah, who disclosed this to journalists during the demolition of shanty stores in the market, said it was aimed at curbing insecurity.
Wike also gave a directive for the removal of illegal shanties and settlements in some parts of the city.
